Manufacturing Capacity Increased at LaHabra Stucco, Riverside, California Plant
LaHabra Stucco is pleased to announce the completion of its state-of-the-art hard-coat stucco manufacturing facilities in Riverside, California.
To maintain the highest quality standards in the industry in the face of significant increases in demand, LaHabra has invested significantly in blending and packaging technology to increase total output from its facilities. Other manufacturing changes include improvements in product merchantability, reduced material spillage through sonic sealing of bag goods, more accurate package weight through individual digital weighing, reduced airborne dust from the manufacturing process, preparation for ISO 9001, and extensions of the product lines.
The improvements in the manufacturing site include revised customer shipping traffic patterns to reduce loading times, extensive technical capabilities and manufacturing expertise to meet customers' needs for product availability, and market-specific stucco colors.
According to Francois Bouan, President of LaHabra Stucco, LaHabra's goals are "to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, manufacture superior quality products, and maintain a safe and efficient operating environment. "The investment that we have made in this facility reflects our commitment to reaching these goals for every customer with every order," Bouan stated.
LaHabra Stucco is a subsidiary of Materis, a 1.4 Billion Euros worldwide company with five core businesses (mortars and facades, aluminates, admixtures, paint and refractories) serving the construction industry.
