Description
A. Use: LaHabra® All-In-One Finish is designed for direct application to concrete walls and ceilings for both exterior and interior finishes, without requiring any other product. All-In-One is a finishing material for producing a smooth-troweled surface.

B. Advantages: The most inexpensive concrete finish with savings in both labor and materials.

1. All ingredients in one package, just add water.
2. All-In-One is unaffected by exposure to water.
3. Extremely hard and wear-resistant.

Composition
LaHabra® All-In-One is a combination of porland cement, fine extra white aggregates and plasticizing agents to improve workability. It also contains special integral bonders for concrete.

Packaging
Product is available in 90 lb. (40.82 kg.) paper bags.

Job Procedure
A. Patch large holes with any appropriate
patching materials.

B. Surface must be clean and free of foreign materials, form oil or break-away oil.

C. Application:

1. Lightly dampen concrete and allow
   surface moisture to disappear.
2. Apply a tight scratch and double up. Only the thickness necessary for a true, even surface should be applied.
3. Allow material to take up.
4. Trowel using a minimun of water with enough pressure to compact the material to a smooth finish.
