Description
LaHabra Exterior Color Coat Patch is a premixed colored stucco finish coat that only requires the addition of water.

Use: LaHabra® Exterior Color Coat Patch is used for small repairs to LaHabra® stucco surfaces when a premixed color is needed. A variety of textures and finishes can be achieved over a portland cement plaster brown coat.

Composition
LaHabra Exterior Color Coat Patch is a mechanically blended compound of portland cement, hydrated lime, aggregates and proprietary ingredients.

Packaging
Product is available in two-pound boxes, packed 24 per case.

Storage
LaHabra® Exterior Color Coat Patch should be stored under cool, dry conditions. Avoid direct contact with the ground. Properly stored LaHabra® Color Patch has a useable lifetime of approximately six (6) months from date of manufacture.

Coverage
Approximate coverage per two pound box, when applied according to manufacturer's recommendations, is 2 sq. ft. to 3 sq. ft. (0.2 to 0.3 m²), depending on finish texture and type.

Job Procedure
One box of LaHabra Exterior Color Coat Patch should be mixed with approximately 10 to 11 fluid ounces of water. Apply to a maximum of 1/8" over a portland cement base coat. Do not apply to a painted or sealed surface. Just add water.
