The surface of the coating hardens and does not soften again under heat. The non-tacky surface provides high resistance
to accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants
- Excellent hiding power as well as flexibility and drying characteristics
- Integrally colored with high quality pigments
USES:
- A protective and decorative exterior or interior coating over concrete, masonry, stucco, or acrylic-based
textured finishes. Compatible with Parex USA finishes, may be applied over them.
- Delivers metall appearance for less cost and easier application.
COMPOSITION:
- Binder Base: 100% Acrylic
- Color: Tinted to metallic color
- Pigment based: Pearlescent dioxide
- Water base: VOC-Compliant
PROPERTIES:
- Appearance: Rich Semi-Gloss. Can be enhanced to full gloss by using a clear top coat.
- Vapor Permeability: Water vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor barrier
