LaHabra Santa Barbara Mission Finish Exterior Color Coat provides a smooth stucco finish over LaHabra BasiC926 or a portland cement "brown coat". Product is available in premix (25 bag minimum) or base and packaged color.

Colors: 30 standard colors and 12 Lifestyle colors are available for SBMF. LaHabra Color Packs are specifically designed for use with LaHabra Exterior Color Coat bases.
Coverage: Approximate coverage per 90 lb (40.8 kg) bag: 10-15 sq. yd. (9.1 - 13.7 m²) at 1/8" thickness.
Composition: Santa Barbara Mission Finish is a blend of portland cement, hydrated lime, aggregates and additives
Packaging: Santa Barbara Mission Finish is available in 90 lb, multi-wall bags.
Storage: LaHabra Santa Barbara Mission Finish should be stored under cool, dry conditions. Avoid direct contact with the ground. Properly stored LaHabra Santa Barbara Mission Finish has a useable lifetime of approximately six (6) months from date of manufacture.
