DESCRIPTION
Venetian Plaster Topcoat, available in clear or metallic, adds beauty and distinctive features to LaHabra Venetian Plaster. It is a water-based, 100% acrylic protective coating that also increases the durability and moisture resistance of Venetian Plaster.

USES
Use Venetian Plaster Topcoat as a protective topcoat over LaHabra Venetian Plaster in high traffic areas and moisture exposed areas such as bathrooms.

1 quart, 1 gallon and 5 gallon pails

Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity.

COLOR
Venetian Plaster Topcoat is available in Clear, Pearl, Lumina Green, Bronze Metallic, Copper Metallic, Silver Metallic and Gold Metallic.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Surface must be clean, free of dust and completely dry
• Venetian Plaster Topcoat must be applied over Venetian Plaster after it is completely dry

MIXING
` Read the entire label before using this product.
Stir Venetian Plaster Topcoat by hand to a uniform consistency.

APPLICATION
LaHabra recommends that the project owner or designer approve a job-site mock-up of the application of this product. The mock-up should demonstrate the products. appearance under the conditions given by the project specification(s).

• After the LaHabra Venetian Plaster is burnished and completely dry, apply Venetian Plaster Topcoat using a flexible steel trowel, spatula or putty knife.
• Hold the trowel or putty knife at a 45° angle, pulling and spreading a thin, even coat of the product across the surface, covering it completely.
• The topcoat may darken the color of the Venetian Plaster.

CLEAN UP
Clean tools with soap and water.

MAINTENANCE
LaHabra Venetian Plaster Topcoat can be cleaned with a soap and water solution followed by a warm water rinse. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Transport and store Venetian Plaster Topcoat in closed and undamaged containers. DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE.

SHELF LIFE
If the product remains in an unopened, undamaged, original sealed pail that is properly transported and stored, Venetian Plaster Topcoat has a shelf life of up to 1 year.

CAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

• For interior use only
• Do not this with water
• Use only on surfaces that are sound, clean, dry, unpainted, and free from any residue that might affect the ability of this product to bond to the surface.
• Ambient and surface temperature must be 40° F (4° C) or higher during application and drying time. Provide supplemental heat and protection from precipitation as needed.
• Avoid application in direct sunlight in hot weather.
