Perma-Prime

An acrylic-based primer that reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. Enhances the appearance and uniformity of the finish. Water-vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor retarder. Improves finish coverage.

Perma-Flex Stucco Grade Acrylic Finish

A 100% acrylic-based textured finish for stucco only. Made with Dirt Pick-Up Resistance (DPR) meaning the surface of the finish hardens and does not soften again under heat. Exterior Color Coat Patch

LaHabra Exterior Color Coat Patch is a pre-colored stucco finish that is Ideal for refinishing around newly installed windows, repair chipped corners and small damaged areas on standard 16/20 stucco finishes.   Exterior Color Coat Patch is ready to use with only the addition of water.  This patch is designed to repair the thin layer (max 3/16") of stucco color coat on your building. It is not recomended for heavy fills.

Allegro II

Allegro II Cement Coating provides a cost-effective, durable and long-lasting colored coating that can be applied to portland cement surfaces such as: Stucco, Paint grade stucco, Concrete block/Concrete masonry unit (CMU) and Precast concrete.

Stucco Texture Finish Natural Gray

LaHabra Stucco Texture Finish Natural Gray provides a lasting, durable finish over LaHabra Fiber-47 Fastwall Scratch and Brown or a portland cement “brown coat”. Product is available in 16/20 and 20/30 aggregates. LaHabra Allegro II Cement Coating is recommended to color this finish as soon as the finish dries

Fog Coat

Fog Coat provides cost-effective, durable and long-lasting colored coating for existing stucco. It is easy to apply and specifically designed to refresh the color of stucco. A decorative coating for portland cement based stucco walls and ceilings.

Poly-Bond

Poly-Bond is for use as a basecoat and adhesive for expanded polystrene foam shapes. These shapes are typically used as exterior decorative trim such as pop-outs, plant-ons, cornices and quoins.

 

LaHabra Poly-Bond is offered in 2 textures:

Fastwall Stucco Base Concentrate

A factory controlled high-quality blend of portland cement, lime, fibers and proprietary additives that conforms to ASTM C926. ASTM C897 or ASTM C144 sand is added at the job site. Can be installed up to 1/2 in. (12.7mm) in one application.

Fastwall Stucco Base Sanded

A factory controlled high-quality blend of portland cement, lime, fibers, proprietary additives and ASTM C144 sand that conforms to ASTM C926. Factory-blended mix that requires only the addition of water. Can be installed up to 1/2 in. (12.7mm) in one application.

Fiber-47 Scratch and Brown Concentrate

A factory controlled high-quality blend of portland cement, lime, fibers and proprietary additives that conforms to ASTM C926 is designed as a replacement to job-site mixed scratch and brown base coats. ASTM C897 or ASTM C144 sand is added at job site.

Fiber-47 Scratch and Brown Sanded

A factory controlled high-quality blend of portland cement, lime, fibers, proprietary additives and ASTM C144 sand that conforms to ASTM C926 is designed as a replacement to job-site mixed scratch and brown base coats.

Insul-Bond Dry Base Coat & Adhesive

A base Coat for LaHabra EIFS. Adhesive to laminate EPS to listed substrates. Applied without the addition of cement. Mixed on site with water. Excellent workability.

Insul-Bond Wet Base Coat & Adhesive

A base coat for LaHabra EIFS. Adhesive to laminate EPS to listed substrates. Used in a 50% acrylic paste to 50% portland cement by weight ratio. Requires the addition of portland cement.

KONA CRETE Cement Deck Finish

Kona-Crete is a portland cement-based coating system designed to provide a decorative, durable, cool surface for pool decks, patios, walkways, breezeways and any other light to heavy foot traffic areas. 

Parex USA Masonry Veneer EPS Basecoat and Adhesive

EPS Basecoat & Adhesive is the first premium grade basecoat used to adhere and coat EPS continuous insulation sheeting as part of the Parex USA MVS - CI System. This specialized EPS Basecoat creates an energy efficient wall substrate suitable for the application of manufactured masonry veneers or in conjunction with other Parex USA finishes.

Parex USA Stucco Level Coat

Stucco Level Coat is a surface leveler and mesh adhesive for use in Parex USA Krak-Shield assemblies. Bonds to stucco brown coat. Can be applied in a thin layer. Applied without the addition of cement. Mixed on site with water only. Excellent workability.

Parex USA Stucco Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. For increased crack reduction and strength. Embed in Stucco Level Coat to smooth and level surface for finish. Use with Krak-Shield and Krak-Master stucco assemblies. Not for use on EIFS.

Parex USA Carvable Mortar

Parex USA Carvable Mortar is a polymer modified architectural mortar used to create shapes and sculpted structures. It is the ideal product to mimic the look of wood, rock or stones.


Parex USA Carvable Mortar can be build up to 6” in total thickness and can be used over a wide variety of substrates. It can be machine or hand applied and is paintable.

Parex USA Sandable Basecoat

A 100% Acrylic sandable basecoat that comes as a gray base. It enhances the appearance and uniformity of smooth finishes. It can be easily recoated with Parex USA Allegro II. Ideal over EIFS basecoats, stucco basecoats, stucco finishes, and interior drywall.

Metallic Finishes

Variance Metallic Finish is a patent pending highly reflective metallic finish that is applied with a trowel like a standard DPR finish. Economically replicates the look of metal panels with the design flexibility of EIFS and Stucco.  Available in 12 standard colors.

Krakshield Basecoat

LaHabra® Krakshield Basecoat is specifically designed to level walls and provide a crack-resistant base coat. Krakshield Basecoat's is a polymer modified portland cement based product for flexibility and bond strength.

Parex USA Metallic Coating

100% acrylic based metallic coating that provides a glossy, metallic appearance.   Economically replicate the look of metal panels with the ease of a coating application. Includes dirt pickup resistance (DPR) which ensures the coating does not soften under head and resists accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants.  Available in 12 standard colors and unlimited custom colors.

Parex USA 352 Adhesive Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass mesh 19 in (48.2 cm) wide mesh. Self-adhesive, facilitates the wrapping of complex contours. Is alkali-resistant. NOTE: Complex architectural details only, not for use on full walls.

Parex USA 355 Standard Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) wide mesh. Is highly flexible for full walls or details. Is alkali-resistant. Standard reinforcement of Parex USA EIFS walls for impact resistance and details. Required in combination with 358.14 High Impact Mesh or 358.20 Ultra High Impact Mesh. May be used in Parex USA Krak-Shield assemblies.

Parex USA 356 Short Detail Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 9.5 in. (24 cm) wide mesh. Is highly flexible for use on details. is alkali-resistant. Ideal for use in back wrapping, corners, reveals and trim. May be used in combination with 355, 358.6 & 358.10 meshes in Parex USA Krak-Shield assemblies.

Parex USA 358.10 Intermediate Impact Mesh

12 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) wide mesh. Is an intermediate strength mesh used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. Is alkali-resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMA's medium impact strength classification. Can be used in combination with 355 Standard Mesh and 356 Short Detail Mesh. May be used in Parex USA Krak-Shield assembly.

Parex USA 358.14 High Impact Mesh

15 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) wide mesh. A high strength mesh used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. Is alkali resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMA's high-impact strength classification. 355 Standard Mesh is required in combination with 358.14 High Impact Mesh.

Parex USA 358.20 Ultra High Impact Mesh

20 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) wide mesh. Is an ultra high strength mesh used to enhance impact and abuse resistance. Is alkali-resistant. Use with Parex USA EIFS to achieve EIMAs ultra-high impact strength classification. 355 Standard Mesh is required in combination with 358.20 Ultra High Impact Mesh.

Parex USA 360 Fast Window Mesh

A preformed mesh used to reinforce the corners of rough openings. It is ready to use and pre-cut for fast installation

WeatherTech 365 Flashing Tape

365 Flashing Membrane is a high performance tape designed for use with stucco and CI systems to seal around penetrations and at sheathing joints and window/door flanges. It can be applied to most substrates without the use of primer or mechanical fasteners. The polyester fabric top layer provides a excellent bonding surface for cementitious and acrylic finishes.

Parex USA 369 DrainEdge

WeatherTech 396 Sheathing Tape

Non-woven fabric used to tape the joints of the sheathing boards to which a Parex liquid water-resistive barrier is applied.

Parex USA Pro-Tect

Pro-Tect is a clear water repellant used to protect stucco, masonry and mature concrete from water, enhancing the beauty of cementitious stucco, masonry and mature concrete by improving stain resistance. Pro-Tect maintains the beauty of stucco by reducing susceptibility to freeze-thaw damage, efflorescence, biological growth. Available in both one and five gallons.

Parex USA PrimeShield

Is a 100 percent acrylic-based primer that improves the mechanical bond of the finish to the stucco substrate. WeatherTech WeatherSeal SB

A single component cement base waterproofing coating for CMU and concrete. It is a multipurpose polymer modified waterproofing product: Air Barrier, Water Resistive Barrier, and Scratch Coat that can be used above grade and below grade for planters or concrete foundations.

Parex USA WeatherSeal SB is can be used to fill joints in CMU and to level rough concrete or CMU walls.
